Court for an order permitting her appearance at any hearing in this
cause through audio-video communication technology (Zoom or similar
platform), and in support states:

1.  The Obligor resides out of state at ____________________,
    ____________________, and has limited financial resources. See
    Financial Affidavit filed contemporaneously herewith.

2.  The Obligor seeks only the termination of a child support obligation
    based on the undisputed fact that both children have attained the
    age of eighteen (18) years. The anticipated hearing is expected to
    require no more than thirty (30) minutes.

3.  The issues presented are legal and documentary in nature. The
    anticipated testimony, if any, is limited to the Obligor's knowledge
    of the children's dates of birth and the non-implementation of the
    step-down provision, which is supported by the attached payment
    history.

4.  The geographic location of the Obligor, the cost and inconvenience
    of requiring physical presence, the resources of the parties, the
    anticipated duration of the testimony, the nature of the relief
    sought, and the time sensitivity of the matter all weigh in favor
    of permitting remote appearance.

5.  The Obligor consents to be bound by an oath administered under the
    general laws of the State of Florida through the audio-video
    connection, pursuant to Rule 2.530(b)(2)(B)(ii).
